Sajith Sreedharan

Managing Partner

Sajith Sreedharan is a Civil Engineer with a Post Graduation in Ecology and Environment and has over 28+ years in the field of infrastructure construction and consultancy. He has been involved in the construction supervision of large turnkey projects, Konkan railway, Dabhol power project and ports and harbours in addition to providing consultancy services to various sectors including banks and financial institutions in the capacity of lenders independent engineer. Sajith was the country safety manager for Jacobs Babtie in India from 2004 until 2006 and HSE Director for BMT Consultants (India) Private Limited from 2006 until 2018. His exposure to international best practices and its implementation has helped him to acquire knowledge of the various unsafe practices and situations that arise due to non-compliance of safety norms. A dedicated professional who strive for quality in the works that he gets involved has been instrumental in ensuring “Goal Zero” on all the projects that he had worked or have been involved in the past 15+ years.

With the above background, Sajith is able to provide to the Ensign Safety Solutions (Ensign) customers the attention that is needed in ensuring the safety of the establishment with the products that they procure through Ensign. This coupled with the level of after sale service that Ensign will strive to provide is going to be the USP for Ensign to excel in this space.

Sanjesh Sreedharan

Sales Coordinator

Sanjesh is a highly proficient Finance, Audit and Administration expert with close to two decades’ worth of solid professional experience in both India and abroad. He has held senior positions in multiple companies where he has exercised administrative and financial control over many different aspects of his employers’ operations, including planning, budgeting, accounts payables/receivables, payroll and internal audits. Sanjesh also has experience as a Sales Coordinator where he has monitored variations in purchase and sales, managed payment schedules and thus provided indispensable support to field sales teams. With a reputation for being well-organised and meticulous, in this critical role he has often been an indispensable resource for the team, helping to optimise their performance and contributing to the development and growth of the company. His exposure to different industries has empowered him to develop a broad perspective on vital business concerns such as ethics, risk management/mitigation as well as procedural, legislative and regulatory compliance.
